Delivery is made Monday to Friday and could be any time between 8am and 5pm.  A signature is required in all cases and any notes regarding leaving in an outbuilding of any kind or unsigned are ignored.  Comments can be left via checkout regarding willing neighbour alternatives and other delivery requirements that are reasonable. Alternative delivery address options must be given when placing the order via the facility available via checkout.

Northern Scotland, Highlands, Islands, Northern ireland (Includes Aberdeen and area's in mid/n.Scotland:

• Initial charge via checkout is £20.00 regardless of the cost of your order.  This is the cost for a standard non-bulky order.
• If your order is very bulky this payment may be subject to additional charges.  Where this happens we will contact you for an additional payment.  Where we can later issue a refund for uncharged amounts, we do.

Isle man, N. Ireland, Skye 

• £20.00 per order regardless of cost of order.  This is the cost for a standard non-bulky order.  Initial charge may be subject to change if the order is bulky and incurs additional delivery charges to us via the carrier.  If this happens we will contact you prior to despatch.  If you would like to request a delivery charge in advance of ordering, please call for a delivery quote.  Where we can later issue a refund for uncharged amounts, we do.
